Bio:
As an athlete throughout most of my life, I've encountered my fair share of injuries, ranging from broken bones to torn ligaments. At the age of 19, the cumulative damage my knee sustained from martial arts led to the need for a complete replacement. The grueling rehabilitation process that followed was a turning point for me, instilling a profound appreciation for the entire rehabilitation journey.
My initial foray into the world of fitness and rehabilitation began with personal training. However, it was during this time that I discovered my true passion lay in helping individuals regain their functional abilities after injury. This realization prompted me to pursue a doctoral degree in Physical Therapy, equipping me with the knowledge and expertise needed to make a significant impact.
While working as a physical therapist, I honed my skills and worked with diverse clientele, ranging from children to professional athletes, including members of the Patriots and Celtics organizations. My background in Physical Therapy, coupled with my specialized focus on functional rehab, allowed me to work effectively with individuals dealing with various injuries.
What sets my approach apart is my commitment to a multi-disciplinary plan of care. I believe in starting with manual therapy and realignment to address immediate issues, followed by the establishment of sound movement patterns through tailored exercise routines. By combining my experience as a Physical Therapist with the latest training methodologies, I help clients accelerate their recovery process and reach levels of performance they might have deemed unattainable.
I am passionate about guiding individuals through their unique rehabilitation journeys and empowering them to not only recover but also thrive. My mission is to provide a holistic approach to physical therapy, blending my extensive knowledge of rehabilitation with the science of effective exercise, ultimately enabling my clients to achieve their highest potential.

Bio:
I first began working in the fitness industry as a personal trainer in 2013, with my background in martial arts and dance fueling my passion for improving physical health through movement. As I continued my fitness education in both exercise science and nutrition, I realized the combined importance that exercise, nutrition, and mental health all equally have when striving for optimal health. My philosophy focuses on continual lifelong learning and self reflection as the keys to achieving a high level of fitness. I know that one single approach is not the right one for every individual, and so I strive to apply as many modalities as possible to help my clients achieve their most ambitious goals.

Following my graduation, I embarked on a career as a personal trainer. It didn't take long for me to recognize a prevalent issue among my clients—mobility. The limitations and restrictions they experienced in their bodies fueled my determination to provide more comprehensive solutions. This drove me to return to school, where I pursued a certification in massage therapy, seeking a hands-on education to alleviate these restrictions.
Upon completing my massage therapy certification, my thirst for knowledge led me to pursue a Master's degree in rehabilitation science. Armed with this educational background, I am dedicated to applying a scientific approach to bodywork, with the primary goal of helping clients find relief and regain comfort in their own skin.
What sets me apart is my commitment to the holistic nature of healing. I understand that changes in one part of the system have a profound impact on an individual as a whole, influencing their mental and emotional well-being. I believe that transformation in one's physical condition plays an essential role in fostering a positive mental and emotional state.
Today, I hold a doctorate in Physical Therapy, specializing in dry needling and manual therapy. My mission is clear: to help you move better, feel better, and achieve a harmonious balance of mind and body. I am dedicated to delivering comprehensive care that addresses the interconnectedness of your physical and emotional well-being, ensuring that you leave the treatment table with a renewed sense of vitality and comfort.
